The School Committee, the Finance Committee, and the Planning Board will each meet on Monday.

City staff will work with Platz’s team to develop performance standards, with a future vote on an extension of up to five years.

The plan will be reviewed by city legal staff, and is expected to return for a vote at the next Council meeting.

The Council will consider a permanent ordinance with identical language at its next meeting.
