- Proposing the Creation of a Charter Commission
- Confirmation of Mayor Sheline’s nomination of Emily Levasseur to fill the Ward 7 vacancy on the School Committee
- Reversing the vote taken on January 5, 2026 for Council President, and electing a new Council President if the reversal passes
- A workshop to provide an update regarding the Cart2Curb solid waste collection program
- Approving the Letter of Intent with Eco Hospitality Consultants
- Authorizing the City Administrator to execute an Option Agreement with Bates Mill, LLC for Bates Mill #5
- Amendments to the Solid Waste Ordinance to define the automated Side Load trash collection program
